E-Design: AirBnb/VRBO Full Design

This package is for the property that needs an in-depth overhaul (meaning the design of the home needs remodeling/updating) to prepare it to capture the most AirBnb customers.

This E-design package includes:

1. Detailed steps to accomplish before listing your home. This can include but is not limited to: new flooring recommendations, new lighting, custom paint palette, cabinet options, fixutures to use, tile and other finishes.

2. Custom interior paint palette, exterior palette can be purchased for $100 extra.

3. Outdoor living area recommendations.

4. Room by room assessment with recommendations.

5. List of accessories, furniture, rugs, art and other items to purchase to prepare your home for AirBnb/VRBO. Line item approve and order easily with one-click.

6. Space plan giving exact instructions on how to lay out your furniture, accessories and artwork.

Priced for up to a 4000 square foot home, surcharge beyond at $.50 per square foot. Up to 5 modifications to plan or purchases included.

2. Pay for your package.

3. Send us photos of your property and measurements or floor plans (we'll walk you through this process).

4. We'll deliver the paint palette and overall recommendations for your property within 7 days. We'll deliver the second half of the package, items to order and your space plan, within the next 7 days.

5. Hire the vendors needed to ready your home for sale. You'll have our contact information should they need to ask us any questions.

6. Order the items needed to ready your home for sale, per our exact recommendations.

7. Once all your treatments are complete and you've received your items, then follow our exact instructions to place the new items in your home and prepare your home for professional photography.
